Under Agreement Kweelabs (the Vendor) grants to the Licensee a non-exclusive and non-transferable license (the “License”) to use our application services.
According to Bangladesh Copyrights Act, 2000 coupled with the Copyright Rules 2006, section 71 states that, to use a computer software you need approval from the copyright owner.
Title, copyright, intellectual property rights and distribution rights of our applications remain exclusively with Kweelabs (the Vendor). Intellectual property rights include the look and feel of the applications. We only constitutes license for use only and is not in any way a transfer of ownership rights of our applications.
The rights and obligations of the Agreement are personal rights granted to the Licensee only. The Licensee may not transfer or assign any of the rights or obligations granted under the Agreement to any other person or legal entity. The Licensee is not authorized to make available the applications for use to other parties.
our applications can’t be modified, reverse-engineered, or de-compiled in any manner by the Licensee through current or future available technologies.
The agreement does not warrant that use of our applications will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Licensee accepts that the applications in general is prone to bugs and flaws within an acceptable level as determined in the industry.
Failure to comply with any of the terms under the License will be considered a material breach of the Agreement.
You are specifically restricted from all of the following :
The agreement will not cover any existing software system enhancement. For any demand like that the licensee will be charged additionally by Kweelabs.
Any information received under agreement, the receiving party of such confidential information agrees to treat the same as strictly confidential and will not divulge directly or indirectly to any other person, firm, corporation, association or entity for any purpose whatsoever, confidential information so received and will not make use of or copy such confidential information except for the purpose of this agreement.
Kweelabs has the sole and exclusive intellectual property rights and ownership rights relating to the applications.
No licensee party will have the right to assign this proposal without the prior written consent of Kweelabs.
